1st CEB Field Exercise: Casualty Care (B-Roll)
CO, UNITED STATES
U.S. Marines and Sailors with 1st Combat Engineering Battalion (1st CEB), 1st Marine Division, provide prolonged casualty care to a simulated casualty during a 1st CEB field exercise (FEX) at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 2, 2021. As part of the 1st CEB FEX, corpsmen were evaluated on their abilities to perform an emergency fresh whole-blood transfusion and to keep casualties alive in the field for up to 72 hours.
