Combat Readiness Evaluation 2019 – Camp Pendleton

September 2019 – U.S. Marines with 5th Regiment 1st Battalion, 2nd Battalion, and Regimental Headquarters conduct a regimental-sized Combat Readiness Evaluation (CRE) to increase the combat proficiency and readiness of the regiment on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California over a 10-day period. It served as proof of concept for future regimental-sized CREs.
