Introduction to the Beyond MST app

Beyond MST is a free and private mobile application for Veterans and Service members who have experienced Military Sexual Trauma, or MST. MST is sexual assault or sexual harassment during military service. If you experienced MST, you are not alone. The Beyond MST app can help. It was created by a team at the National Center for PTSD, Department of Veterans Affairs. With this app, you can work on skills to overcome problems you may be facing, learn more about recovery from MST, and track your progress over time. This app can be used by people who are in treatment as well as those who are not. Beyond MST is not intended to replace treatment with a provider. Download it today to get help understanding and managing the challenges you’re facing, and start living a happier, healthier life.
