Move United #AdaptAtHome V-Ups

Tune into learn how to use your Move United #AdaptAtHome towel with the Move United Warfighter Ambassador and Field Representative, Orlando Gill! He will teach you how to perform v-ups with the Move United exercise ball!

To perform the exercise on the ground, please follow the steps below:
1. Place ball on the ground
2. Lay flat on your back on the ground
3. Hold ball in hands and stretch arms directly above your head with the ball touching the ground
4. Brace and engage your core
5. While keeping your arms and legs straight, bend at the waist and bring both hands and feet up together so you are balancing on your bottom in the air (making the letter "V" in the air)
6. Optional: You can pass the ball to your ankles/feet, where you let go on the ball with your hands and place it in between your feet. You must squeeze your ankles/feet together to hold the ball together.
7. Slowly relax body back down to the ground and repeat the process

To perform the exercise in a chair please follow the steps below:
1. Sit upright in a chair
2. Hold ball in hands and stretch arms directly above your head with the ball
3. Keep chest up, chin lifted, and facing forward
4. Brace and engage your core
5. Using your abs and keeping your arms straight, curl/fold/lean your upper body forward and bring ball towards knees as low as you can (can meet at knees, shins, or feet)
6. Optional: You can place ball on feet, foot plate, or in between ankles
7. Brace core
8. Sit back upright with arms stretched up to the sky
7. Repeat process

Workout Ideas:
3 sets of 10 repetitions
3 sets of 20 repetitions
3 sets of 30 repetitions
Keep the ball in hands and pass the ball between hands and feet
Alternate one leg lifting at a time
