To obtain, review, and monitor your credit reports: Visit https://www.annualcreditreport.com/in… or call 877-322-8228
To complete and print an Identity Theft Report and dispute unauthorized accounts: Visit https://www.identitytheft.gov/ or call the Federal Trade Commission at 877-438-4338
To have a fraud alert placed on your credit file: Contact the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion)
If you believe your social security number was used to file fraudulent tax returns: Contact the Internal Revenue Service and complete IRS Form 14039 (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1403…) or call 1-800-908-4490
